    We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. As the protection of both your privacy and your business data is of particular importance to us, we will comply with the data protection regulations applicable in Germany.

    You can only participate in our competitions via Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Accordingly, this only works if you have an account on these social networks.     If you are drawn as the winner of one of our competitions, we will not store or process any of your personal data in our company’s own systems. In addition, we will not actively pass on any information to third parties.

Art. 89 Abs. 1 DSGVO, soweit das unter Abschnitt a) genannte Recht voraussichtlich die Verwirklichung der Ziele dieser Verarbeitung unm\u00f6glich macht oder ernsthaft beeintr\u00e4chtigt, oder (5) zur Geltendmachung, Aus\u00fcbung oder Verteidigung von Rechtsanspr\u00fcchen.<\/p>

    7. right to information<\/strong>
    If you have asserted the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing against us, we are obliged to notify all recipients to whom the personal data concerning you have been disclosed of this rectification or erasure of the data or restriction of processing, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO oder Art. 9 Abs. 2 lit. a DSGVO oder auf einem Vertrag gem. Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO beruht und (2) die Verarbeitung mithilfe automatisierter Verfahren erfolgt. In Aus\u00fcbung dieses Rechts haben Sie ferner das Recht, zu erwirken, dass die Sie betreffenden personenbezogenen Daten direkt von uns einem anderen Verantwortlichen \u00fcbermittelt werden, soweit dies technisch machbar ist. Freiheiten und Rechte anderer Personen d\u00fcrfen hierdurch nicht beeintr\u00e4chtigt werden.     We will then no longer process the personal data concerning you unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
