Changing Headquarters, creating new profile

Hello,

I wanted to know if it's possible to edit a file to change headquaters (in order to change license plate location).
I think a way would be to create a new profile, but when creating a new profile, will I loose all my XPs points ? Did someone try this ?

I didn't reset my profile yet. I just want to know if resetting my profile, will also reset my ability to drive the Lion's coach C ? That's important because I need to test my repaints and because i have to play essentially with Steam offline (my progression is lost when going Online after playing offline).
