Display MoreVery simple, simulation games have little prominence and the demand for this type of game is smaller, all that create games for this genre are smaller companies and focus only on simulation.
All games involving buses and trucks are problematic and many survive because of the community.
I am very critical of Fernbus, the difference that today I try to understand the developer even because TML is doing what it promised, it is developing improvements for Fernbus, it is boring to wait for something that we expected in the launch. I was aware that the game would be overcompensated by financial issues. Either you get a loan at some bank or unfinished lance and with the money gained from the sales you keep.
I quoted Ubisoft because it is a company that has cash on hand to play the full development of their games and often we still see a lot of problems in the games. And another are extremely expensive games double the value that Fernbus costs.
I really hope that Fernbus has a better optimization and depth is something I am always saying in this forum, but I learned that things are not how we want, the world revolves around money unfortunately it is so and we have to find ways to reach our objectives without having major impacts and try to reduce risks.
For a company nowadays bankruptcy is very easy so it's all a matter of management.
In that we like simulation we have few options so we have to support the few that do and try to help in a positive, logical way that will depend a lot on the developer in showing that they care about the consumer.
Despite the problems I feel that TML cares and are learning to work with the engine (Unreal) and how the vehicles work together with the physics and other things that involves all of this.
Quoting again, the long term even with three projects in progress are games with the same engine and codes, so it is something that can be distributed between the games features. Thus prolonging the useful life of the games.
All this is correct @Daniel F , I hope that the funds for the development of these 3 games are because after all, as you say 1 engine 1 programming can be used to develop 3 games of simulators, we all like these games TML STUDIOS and players here.
