es ist wieder Freitag und damit geht es weiter mit unseren Stationsvorstellungen den New Yorker Linie 7 aus World of Subways 4. Einige Bilder warten wieder auf euch... Los geht's!

it's Friday and that means we have another bunch of New York 7 line stations from World of Subways 4 to show you... Let's get started!

40th Street - Lowery Street
Dieser Hochbahnhof wird von Express-Zügen übersprungen und ist wieder einer der typischen Stationen der 7 Line mit zwei Seitenbahnsteigen und einem mittleren Gleis für die Express-Züge. Mehr gibt es dazu nicht zu sagen, daher kommen wir gleich zu den Bildern, in denen ihr u.a. auch das Detail der Texturen und Lichteffekte sehen könnt.
This is a local station with the typical layout of two side platforms and a center track for the express trains. There's not much more to say, so take a look at the pictures, that by the way also demonstrate the amount of detail in textures and lighting effects.

33rd Street - Rawson Street
Auch dieser Hochbahnhof wird von Express-Zügen übersprungen und ja, richtig, er sieht nicht viel anders aus als die anderen typischen Bahnhöfe mit zwei Seitenbahnsteigen und einem mittleren Gleis.
This local station once again shows the typical layout with two side platforms and a center track. Nothing more to say to that.

Queensboro Plaza
Jetzt wird's wieder etwas interessanter. Dieser Hochbahnhof mit zwei Bahnsteigen übereinander wird von den Local- und Express-Zügen der 7 line sowie der N/Q line bedient. Am unteren Bahnsteig halten die Züge beider Linien in Richtung Süden und am oberen in Richtung Norden. Dies erleichtert den Umstieg zwischen den beiden Linien.
This overground double-decked station is served by local and express 7 line trains, as well as N and Q trains. The southbound trains of both lines stop on the lower platform, and the northbound on the upper platform. This enables an easy exchange between both lines.

Court Square
Dies ist der letzte Hochbahnhof bevor es in Richtung Manhattan wieder in den Tunnel geht und wird von Local- und Express-Zügen bedient. Eröffnet wurde die Station im Jahre 1916 als "45th Road, Court House Square". Der Aufbau ist recht einfach: zwei Seitenbahnsteige, an dem alle Züge der 7 line halten. Es besteht Übergang zu den Linien E, G und M am Untergrundbahnhof.
This is the last overground station before entering the tunnel again towards Manhattan and is served by local and express trains of the 7 line. The station was opened as "45th Road, Court House Square" in 1916. The layout is fairly simple: two side platforms for all 7 line trains. Passengers are able to change to E, G, and M lines at the underground station.
