Welcome to the TML-Studios Community.
1.2. To make sure our users follow our rules and guidelines, we have a warning-system. Violations result in certain warning points. When reaching a certain number of points, suspensions may occur that exclude you from the TML-Studios Community or at least certain functions.
2.1. Every member is only allowed to have one user account. Should the TML Online Team notice that a member has more than one account, it has to choose one account to keep, as all others will be closed.
2.2. As a member in our Community, it is your own responsibility to keep behavior towards any other member.
2.3. Please respect every other member in our Community and do not discuss personal affections in public.
2.4. Any kind of insults or racist comments will not be tolerated. It is possible that other contents will be classified as non-tolerant by the TML Online Team.
2.5 It is possible for the TML Online Team to delete any unreasonable content. Should this occur more than once, warning points can be given.
2.6. Any instructions by the TML Online Team are to be followed. Should any user feel treated unfair, please report to Chris (UndergroundBerlin) via private message or email.
2.7. Disregarding the points above will result in warnings.
2.8. Should a user account be permanently banned, and a new account is created by the same person, this account will be permanently banned with immediate effect.
3.1. Our forums are there for free discussions of the given topics. When creating a topic, please make sure to choose the correct forum category. Other topics may be discussed in the Off-Topic section. It is possible that topics will be moved to the correct forum category by the TML Online Team. Should it be unsuitable, a topic may also be deleted.
3.2. The Off-Topic section may be used to discuss any topics that have something to do with the products of TML-Studios, public transport systems, or technology. You may introduce an online website or forum that has a connection to a product of TML-Studios. Surreptitious advertising and any kind of political discussions are not allowed. It is possible that unsuitable topics may be deleted by the TML Online Team.
3.3. Files may be attached on posts, as long as they suit the topic. By uploading a file, you automatically confirm that you have the permission to distribute the file and that it does not contain any kind of malware. It is possible that the TML Online Team will ask you to explain the origin of the file.
3.4. Every member is liable for every file it uploads. Legal consequences will follow, should any content be illegal in any term.
3.5. Any images that have not been created by you personally, are not allowed to be uploaded as an attachment. These images have to be embedded to the post with the [img] BBCode. This avoids legal consequences, and saves us traffic and storage space. Please check the tips and tricks for more.
3.6. Disregarding the points above will result in warnings.
4.1. You are allowed to discuss comparative products in our Off-Topic section, as long as the discussions stay general. You are not allowed to compare a product by TML-Studios with another product by stating one of them negative.
4.2. Disregarding this rule will result in the topic to be deleted.
5.1. Our Download-Center may be used to offer files in the given categories.
5.2. By uploading a file, you automatically confirm that you have the permission to distribute the file and that it does not contain any kind of malware. It is possible that the TML Online Team will ask you to explain the origin of the file.
5.3. When uploading a file, a distribution license has to be chosen. These licenses are mostly defined by Creative Commons. Please make sure to check, which license it most suitable for your download.
5.4. All downloads that do not show any type of license have all rights reserved.
5.5. Disregarding the points above may result in warnings, or a temporary or permanent ban from our Download-Center.
6.1. Our Support-Center may be used by everybody, even if you are not a registered member in the TML-Studios Community. All we need is an e-mail address.
6.2. Inappropriate support requests or spam will result in warnings, or a temporary or permanent ban from our Support-Center.
