Hi, unfortunately we can’t offer refunds, they must be done via steam, and since I guess you’ve had it more than 14 days it’s no longer eligible for a steam refund (steams policy not ours)

There are only outdated requirements for the previous versions. My PC outperforms by far the minimal requirements. But taking into account that the latest update uses a new game engine I'm sure the requirements are now much higher that's why I have to know them in order to determine which graphic card to buy. Thank you.

we currently do not have any specifics on what exactly is needed to play the game at high graphics. It also heavily depends on where on the map you are.
Additionally requirements will change again in the next update, and as such sending the game to evaluation would be quite a waste of money.
What I would recommend is checking out some youtubers who have played the DLC. They usually list their specs in the description. This should allow for a good guess for what components you need for the performance you are looking for.
