It's been 4 months now since the last post and no working solution has been offered. I would like to request a refund for "Czechia" DLC because I'm unable to play it. Thank you beforehand.
Hi, unfortunately we can’t offer refunds, they must be done via steam, and since I guess you’ve had it more than 14 days it’s no longer eligible for a steam refund (steams policy not ours)
