The V2 DLC is VDL Futura FDD2 131 and 141. It´s writen in the DefaultGame.txt that someone posted earlier...

You better google a little more..

Many of the current coaches in Fernbus have the manual gear option (in real life). And as a feature to be added, i think it has a big community support behind...

Yes, it does!

It´s an app called Sim Dashboard. It runs a server on windows and you control via android app. Here are the links:

You can manually enter a higher FOV in the box (where it says 90). I usually use 115°.
