  • Fernbus Coach Simulator: Your wishes and ideas

    Daniel F I absolutely agree that the TopClass of Setra, including S515, 516 and 517HDH as well as the S531DT you mentioned should become part of our virtual fleet.

    Volvo would also be very interesting since there isn't any model of this brand yet.

    In Europe there are no coaches with 4 axles, even though adding another axle makes more sense to me. The only bus with a fourth axle I know is a Mercedes-Benz city bus which is mostly used in Hamburg. It's even available as a DLC for OMSI 2.

  • Bus DLC.

    Quarney I'm not sure anymore if it was you, your predecessor or somebody else of you guys at TML. But I still remember that I asked whether the new MAN LC could be a possible DLC for the games. The answer was that your priority would be to first add new brands instead of new coaches of brands that already exist in the games, such as MAN.

    I don't want to put anybody in charge of giving wrong information to the community, I was just wondering whether plans have changed or if there's a new concept.

    I'm not completely sure anymore, but I think TML mentioned that they would like to introduce some new brands before working on other models of brands that already exist in the games. But I hope this sweetie will be part of the fleet soon...^^:)

  • Fußball Mannschaftsbus DLC - Feedback & Wünsche

    Gewisse Antworten kann ich als "Außenseiter" schon mal vorwegnehmen.:lol:

    Zu 1: Staubildung ist zu komplex.

    Zu 5: Die Lizenzen der Busse beinhalten nicht die Darstellung der Busse im beschädigten Zustand, d. h. auch defekte Lichter gehören dazu.

    Zu 11 und 12: Ursprünglich war der DLC als "Bundesliga DLC" mit Lizenz geplant. Weil daraus nichts wurde, wurden einfach sämtliche Namen geändert, das Konzept aber beibehalten. Da sich die Bundesliga auf das Inland beschränkt, wird sich daran also nichts ändern.


    Meine Antworten basieren alle auf bereits von TML gegebenen Antworten, die teilweise schon Jahre her sind. Es kann natürlich sein, dass sich mittlerweile neue Ideen durchsetzen, aber im Hinblick auch auf die anderen DLCs ist es sehr unwahrscheinlich, dass zu bereits veröffentlichten Erweiterungen neuer Content dazukommt. Auch wenn es natürlich sehr wünschenswert wäre, wie z. B. beim Fußball Mannschaftsbus DLC, Österreich-Schweiz DLC oder ComfortClass DLC.

  • Update 25 BETA - Now Available

    This is a a hot topic; TML didn't like to see any critical comments from me regarding this topic when I used to mention it, but it is an important feature that must become part of Fernbus Simulator. As already mentioned, they were planned to be released in 2018 at first, but somehow "technical problems" would have been the problem.

    Well, my point of view is that TML realized (too late) that if they release Modding Tools, it will be very difficult to sell any new DLC: modders would start to build new roads, highways, cities and even countries. As a consequence, less people would be interested e. g. in France, Austria or Switzerland as payware DLC.

    Guys, let's be realistic: there is already a demo video released on YouTube, everything seemed to be ok until then. But after that there hasn't been any news about it so far. There are no technical problems, the only problem is a severe misplanning...

    Hamshentsi Of course you can't compare trucks to coaches regarding this topic. But without a doubt I don't wanna get sick driving my Setra around the corner, this is simply not realistic and one of the game's most serious issues at the moment.

    I won't go into further detail, but just compare OMSI2 to Fernbus, then you can see what dozens of members here already mentioned. I can imagine how annoying it must be to change from OMSI2 to TML's games if you got used to the physics. Of course aspects like graphics are another topic, but the message should be clear after all.

    Mal kurz zu den Shuttlefahrten: die Erklärung war schon mal sehr aufschlussreich, das Konzept dahinter erschließt sich mir aber noch immer nicht so ganz. Habe ich das jetzt richtig verstanden, dass es sich beim Shuttlemodus einfach um den "normalen" Modus handelt, einfach mit neuem Smartphone-Interface (übrigens sehr ansprechend) und neuen Haltestellen (auch ein nach langer Zeit endlich umgesetzte Wunsch der Community), speziell gedacht für die Nutzung der Minibusse?
