I come to ask for a help with the tourist bus simulator game that I bought on steam but I already installed it but it doesn’t enter, I click on play it does the execution and soon afterwards it becomes normal and the game doesn’t open already updated in BETA in all versions but it is not working.
How can I solve this because I wanted to play and I checked my notebook with my father but he is up to date and without any errors should be the game and when I bought on steam the activation key did not come for me.

Dear TML-STUDIOS I won this game Fernbus Simulator from a friend these days from Steam but he informed me that he could not give me the key to activate the game and with this I am having trouble playing that when it arrives loading the menu page the screen crashes and appears a screen of Unreal Engine 4 Crasched Report Client telling me to report that the game crashed. I checked the Geforce Experience website for games that support but I didn't find Fernbus Coach Simulator does it support Nvidia even
I would like this information if possible.

entao nesse caso eu teria que desinstalar a versao directx12 que veio no meu notebook porque do nada a microsoft atualizou o windows 10 e deve ter atualizado meu directx porque o meu notebook ele suporta quanto o directx11 quanto o directx12 que seria o ultimo,mas como na steam ainda nao tem directx12 eu vou ter que desinstalar meus drivers para poder colocar a versao recente do directx11 para que o jogo Fernbus Simumator torne a funcionar.
Quanto a chave de ativacao eu falei com a pessoa da steam que me deu ele tem essa chave e pedi para ele me fornecer para que eu possa ativa-los na propria steam.

Eu gostaria de um Feedbaak sobre o fernbus simulator eu ganhei esse jogo de um amigo da steam porem ele nao me deu a chave e com isso eu nao estou conseguindo jogar por conta de erro do directx 11.
O meu notebook da Lenovo ele ja veio instalado o directx 12 porem fui pra tentar abrir o jogo nao abre e torna crashar.
Alguem poderia de voces me ajudar,por favor.

Eu estive falando com a pessoa que me deu o jogo Fernbus Simulator porem tem um probleminha ele precisa do directx11 e eu ja tenho instalado no meu notebook o directx 12 so que com isso eu nao estou conseguindo abrir o jogo pela steam pois da uma mensagem de erro de dx11.
Como posso resolver essa situacao alguem podera me ajudar com isso

I have the Game Fernbus Simulator however the game rode normal for me only that when it tries to enter it crashes and does not appear the bus for me to drive.
How do I make the Game work, because I beat a friend of steam and he told me that there is no way i can pass the activition key because the game is mine.
Someone could give me a help with this I'm with the game stopped and you're the developer of this fernbus simulator game.
