Why in Schedule menu all Shuttle Services have title called "none" in all pending work and in the Trip Services the name of services are normal?

In Google Chrome 100.0.4896.75 the attachments is crashing the browser, In Edge 100.0.1185.29 the same crash occurs. The problem is only to me or to another guys too?
