Think I'll just wait for the boxed version. Otherwise Early Access could just mean that by the time it lives up to its potential I've already played it enough.

'The Bus' lives!
-
German bus start-up Flixbus on Tuesday said it will begin running two long-distance train services, in a challenge to the dominance of state-owned rail behemoth Deutsche Bahn.
The "Flixtrains", decked out in the trademark bright-green of the company's low-cost buses, will travel from Hamburg to Cologne from March 24th, while the Stuttgart to Berlin line will open in April.
Prices will start from €9.99, lower than those of rival Deutsche Bahn.
"We already proved with Flixbus that mobility doesn't have to be expensive," company founder Andre Schwaemmlein said in a statement.
"With the integration of Flixtrain, the options for German travellers are becoming even more attractive."......

Seems they've also saved money by not providing bottom halves for uniforms

Could present some interesting licensing opportunities. -
Interesting, really liking the prospect of mod support. What really needs to happen for that to be successful though is for one base game to maintained for a while like with Omsi or Train Sim.
-
At first multiplayer sounds pointless in a bus simulator, but that actually sounds like an excellent way of doing it. Just wandering though will the routes be created by the player or just the timetable? And will you be able to allocate different types of vehicle to respond to demand? (For example double decker at peak times and single decker with lower running cost at quieter times). Also Nice to see English DevDiarys.

Wow, that looks really really terrible!!! it should look like this:

Have any of you actually ever traveled at night!? -
Night looks way too light, you should just make the lighting realistic like SCS Software did with ETS 2.
-
Not exactly sure on what you mean with OMSI style braking, but we'll implement a feature that allows smooth steering with the keyboard.
In OMSI(2) when braking instead of holding the down key to break, tapping the down key and letting go will brake lightly, the longer you hold the down key the harder the brake force is, letting go of the down key leaves the brake force at a constant amount and to stop braking you tap the up key.
It's very difficult to explain and may sound terrible but once you get used to it it's much better as it allows much more control and precision while braking using a keyboard.
-
Will OMSI style braking using a keyboard be implemented? (They're both published by Aerosoft so not competitors)
-
No English subtitles?

Vincent Majerowicz ECS hasn't even been released yet! It's still in development.
EDIT: must say CBS2 is a good game though, just don't think it's what you're looking for. -
Vincent Majerowicz You don't want CBS2 then, the 100 is wholly within Munich. Check out http://www.eurocoachsimulator.com/ and http://blog.scssoft.com/2013/0…e-are-working-on-too.html. As for bus simulators featuring more than one city there currently isn't one you sound like you want a coach simulator though.
NOTE FOR TML MODS: I do not consider this a violation of any rules as TML have never created a coach simulator therefore a coach simulator (which has not even been released yet) cannot be considered a competitor. -
Might sound like a stupid question but what are the most realistic settings? I don't care about difficulty just realism.
-
Handling is good but acceleration is much too fast and gives an unrealistic feel to the performance of the vehicle
-
If anyone would post a screenshot (http://www.tml-edition.com/index.php?do=/photo/add/) or even better a video fo the English version that would be good.
-
RoggeK Thanks for your help but what do you mean by "But since I, myself uses the English version of CBS 2 I can assume you that you buy the English version." and what is the "co-pilot"?
-
RoggeK So ticket machine is not used (less features
I wander what people in Munich do if they do not have a smart card?) so what about the OCC and setting the destination? I have still not seen a single video or even a screenshot of the English version and Sim Market claims the English version does not have German as an option.
-
Sim market claims to be offering it in English but screenshots are German can soemone post a video showing English menus, Ticket machine, OCC and interaction with passengers I have not seen any English version.
-
In English or just German?
-
When will it be available in English last time I should have waited so I will wait this time.
