Front door window surroundings missing

Hi there!

I'm new to Fernbus, and so far... loving it! I'm dipping my first toe into repainting but have come up against an issue that nobody else seems to be having as far as I can see.

Using the official template, but there is an area that seems to be missing on both passenger and drivers side. The window surrounds seem to be missing.

I'm not sure what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This will automatically be black I guess, I made 20+ repaints on this template, all black no problem at all
